7Shingle tells roofing companies exactly which homes in their territory need a new roof. We index public permit, property records, and storm data across the state. A roofer gets a ranked list of the best doors in their jurisdiction to work along with a CRM to manage and convert them.
Storm damage is refreshed nightly. Roofers today buy shared internet leads for $5 to $300 each, sold to four competitors at the same time. We sell them something nobody else has.
This role is Ohio only. You will be selling to Ohio roofing companies, and we want someone who already lives and sells in this market.
What you would do
Call on and visit roofing company owners across your Ohio territory.
Run a 15 minute screen share showing the owner his own county with real addresses. This is what closes. The product demos itself.
What you would earn
50 percent of the setup fee on every deal, paid the week it clears. That is $250 to $5,000 per deal depending on the plan you sold.
20 percent of the monthly subscription for as long as that account stays active and you remain with the company. Subscriptions run $350 to $6,500 per month.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
