What You'll Do
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other personal insurance products
- Develop new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Handle client questions, policy changes, renewals, and other service needs
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client and policy information
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Previous personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and confident demeanor
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine desire to help clients and find the right insurance solutions
- Someone who wants to grow with a company rather than simply work for one
