InfraFit is a boutique wellness and body transformation studio specializing in EMS training, Red Light Therapy, InfraSlimX, recovery therapies, and non-invasive body optimization solutions. We help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through innovative wellness technologies and personalized support.
We are looking for a highly energetic, people-oriented individual who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
This is not a typical front desk position. We are seeking someone who can become a key part of our growing business and eventually help manage daily studio operations.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in
- Conduct consultations and help clients choose the best services for their goals
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and social media
- Convert inquiries into appointments and package sales
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term retention
- Schedule appointments and manage studio communications
- Assist with social media content, client success stories, and promotions
- Learn to operate XBody EMS equipment and assist with EMS training sessions
- Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and body transformation services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Support daily operations and help the business grow
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Has a positive, energetic personality
- Is confident in sales and helping clients make decisions
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is passionate about health, fitness, wellness, or personal development
- Is comfortable learning fitness technology and EMS training
- Has a fitness, sports, personal training, wellness, or sales background (preferred)
- Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Enjoys working in a small business environment and taking initiative
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Fitness, wellness, personal training, or athletic background preferred
- Comfortable learning XBody EMS technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English required
- Spanish is a plus
