Latitude is working with a boutique real estate law firm in Georgia, seeking a highly experienced commercial real estate paralegal to support their team. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for client's transactions. You will support the firm’s attorneys on a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for top real estate developers and investors as well as commercial landlords and tenants. The ability to hit the ground running on complex commercial real estate transactions, as demonstrated through a solid and long work history in this area of law, is critical for this role. This role is fully remote and could be part-time or full-time.
Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

7+ years of commercial real estate experience (Big Law or Boutique)

Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and leasing

Compensation:
