Are you passionate about aesthetics, content creation, and digital marketing? As a Full-Time, In-Office Social Media Marketing Associate at La Belle Medical Spa, you will play a key role in capturing and creating high-quality content that showcases our treatments, event planning, patient experiences, and results.
You will join an established in-office marketing team, working alongside and reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, while also collaborating with our Marketing & Data Analytics Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and professional, with a strong eye for photography, videography, event coordinating, and digital marketing design.
As a well-known, top medical aesthetic clinic in the Central Valley with multiple locations, we are looking for someone who can help elevate our brand through innovative content and strategic execution.
Duties
- Capture high-quality photos, professional Reels, and video content of treatments, patient experiences, and in-clinic moments
- Plan, organize, and document before-and-after content in a professional and compliant manner
- Create engaging and informative content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Design and edit content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Assist in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Support and help create email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and messaging
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing/Data Specialist to align content with performance insights and overall strategy
- Work with medical providers and staff in-office to accurately and professionally showcase treatments and patient results
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and elevated visual standard across all content
- Drive brand awareness through hands-on marketing initiatives with a strong focus on tabling, community outreach, and in-person engagement. Represent the medical spa at local events, build relationships through networking opportunities, and actively promote services to attract and convert new clients.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, promotional items, and discount cards
- Work primarily in-office at our Merced headquarters, with travel to our Turlock location as needed
- Support content planning, scheduling, and campaign organization to ensure consistency and growth
- Plan and coordinate spa events from concept to executtion, bringing a creative eye for event themes, decor, presentation, and overall aesthetic, while communicating with sales representatives, vendors, and brand partners to coordinate paticipation, giveaways, and event support.
Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing design (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in capturing high-quality photos, Reels, and professional video content
- Experience with editing platforms such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and medical providers
- Ability to maintain a polished, professional presence in an in-office clinical environment
- Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera when needed
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel between locations (Merced and Turlock)
- Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality

- Open to learning, adapting, and applying skills within the medical aesthetics industry and La Belle’s brand standards
