Pride Care Home Cleaning is seeking dependable and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our team. Cleaners choose their own schedules and service areas through our platform, selecting the hours they want to work and the parts of Durham they prefer to serve—from Downtown Durham to Chapel Hill, Cary, Morrisville, and surrounding areas.
Our support team takes care of booking, scheduling, client communication, and payment collection, so you can focus on providing high-quality cleaning services. We are a locally owned and operated company proudly serving the Durham community. We offer above-average pay compared to competitors and believe in fair compensation for your hard work.
IMPORTANT: Work is assigned based on client demand, and schedules may vary week to week.
Job Requirements:
- Hours will be based on requests for clean
- Have access to phone and email
- Have access to a vehicle
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Being able to work in a team
- Live within the Durham. Chapel Hill, Morris hill, Cary, RTP, Southwest Raleigh areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and preferences.
- Assist with laundry and other household tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
- Being able to work in a team
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
