Are you a naturally positive, high-energy person who loves starting the day with a smile? We are looking for a Front Counter Team Member to join our crew and be the welcoming face of Bagel Dock Express in Murrysville!
As the first person our guests see, you won’t just take orders—you’ll help our local community kick off their day right. From the smell of scratch-baked, authentic New York-style bagels to our custom-blended cream cheeses and fresh coffee, you'll be serving up the best breakfast in the area.
You will work side-by-side with our team in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment. If you are reliable, quick on your feet, and love interacting with a great local crowd, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
- Welcome & Wow: Greet our Murrysville neighbors, bring great energy, and accurately enter bagel and sandwich orders into our POS system.
- Master the Register: Handle busy morning rushes with speed and precision, ensuring the cash drawer balances perfectly at open and close.
- The "Expo" Expert: Keep the line moving! You'll manage the expo station to ensure every egg sandwich and custom bagel comes out hot, fresh, beautiful, and lightning-fast.
- Prep & Stock: Keep the front counter, coffee station, and bakery displays fully stocked and ready for the morning rush.
- Keep It Sparkling: Take pride in our shop by keeping the lobby, restrooms, and front stations clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Team First: Work closely with the GM and back-of-house bakers to hit daily goals, keeping a supportive and professional attitude all shift long.
What We Are Looking For
- Availability: Weekend availability is required. You are dependable, punctual, and ready to hustle especially on our busiest days (Saturday and Sunday).
- The Vibe: A genuinely positive attitude and a friendly, upbeat approach to both customers and your teammates.
- The Pace: Great communication skills and the ability to stay organized and move quickly when the morning rush hits.
- The Experience: Previous restaurant, deli, or cashier experience is a nice bonus, but not required! If you bring the hustle and a willingness to learn, we will train you on the rest.
- The Standards: A sharp attention to detail, reliability (our guests need their morning bagel on time!), and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
