Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, and short term rentals, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
- Manage tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in top condition
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a clean environment free of hazards
Skills
- Experience in residential or short term rental cleaning
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
