Job Summary
We are a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company hiring Picker / Packer / Warehouse Associates to support e-commerce order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in a clean, modern warehouse environment.
Shifts & Schedule
- Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
- Once trained, employees may work any day of the week and virtually any time, based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Verify SKUs, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment
- Pack orders to brand and carrier standards
- Apply shipping labels and prepare shipments for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer or scanner experience
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Warehouse, fulfillment, or picker/packer experience preferred but not required — training provided.
