We are BUSY, we need to add an additional IT Recruiter to the team. This person will be part of a solid/fun and experienced team. Looking to hire an experienced IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have Agency recruiting experience, High Volume recruiting, High Sense of Urgency, Attention to Detail.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize advanced techniques like Boolean search strings and niche platforms (e.g., Dice, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive talent for hard-to-fill roles like Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cybersecurity Specialists.
- Technical Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to validate technical competencies, coding language proficiency (e.g., Java, Python, AWS), and cultural fit before presenting candidates to hiring teams.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the process from initial job requisition and posting to offer extension and onboarding coordination.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage complex compensation packages, benefits discussions, and counter-offer scenarios to ensure successful candidate "closes".
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios) to optimize hiring performance and report results to leadership.

This is a Hybrid position - Onsite Mondays and Wednesday, Remote Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
