As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you are the foundational layer of our client experience and the operational engine behind our advisory team. In this critical, client-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, manage crucial back-office custodian workflows, and ensure seamless operational execution that reinforces the premium, white-glove service our clients expect.
Role & Responsibilities
A strong candidate for this position is deeply motivated by client satisfaction and driven to exceed client expectations daily. Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs, the Client Service Associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to client inquiries and administrative requests via phone and email, efficiently escalating complex issues to the designated Investment Advisor.
- Open new client accounts, prepare onboarding documentation, and seamlessly facilitate inbound Account Transfers (ACATs).
- Perform proactive account maintenance and collaborate directly with our primary custodian platforms to resolve tracking discrepancies.
- Manage cash balances, process physical checks, execute wire transfers, and manage all daily digital Money Movement requests.
- Maintain real-time data integrity by keeping the firm's central Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform accurate and current.
- Schedule prospective and existing client-related appointments and preparing meeting materials.
- Ensure that all client account operations, files, and money movements are executed in strict alignment with internal compliance policies and SEC regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 3-years of industry experience in financial advisory or wealth management, or customer-facing operational role
- Exceptional attention to detail; high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage concurrent multi-step processes
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to firm, team, and clients
- High level of emotional intelligence; ability to effectively communicate and interact with a variety of personalities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of investment fundamentals and portfolio construction concepts
- Aptitude for learning new software (Addepar, Schwab, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with and proficiency in MS Office preferred
- Earn Series 65 within 120 days of employment
Education
- CFP, CEP, SIE, Series 65 or additional professional certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience, a plus
· Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
