Computer Repair Technician (PC & Mac)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (25–40 hours per week)
Pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for an experienced Computer Repair Technician who has real-world professional experience diagnosing and repairing Windows PCs and Apple computers.
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who understands computers inside and out—not someone whose only experience is replacing phone screens or building a gaming PC as a hobby.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Windows desktop and laptop computers
- Diagnose and repair Apple MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac desktops
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Build custom desktop PCs
- Upgrade computers with SSDs, RAM, GPUs, power supplies, motherboards, and other components
- Recommend the best upgrade options based on customer needs and budget
- Install and configure Windows and macOS
- Recover data and troubleshoot performance issues
- Repair iPhones, iPads, and Android devices (training provided)
- Maintain accurate repair notes and work orders
- Keep inventory organized
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional computer repair experience
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows PCs
- Experience repairing Apple computers
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and components
- Experience building custom desktop PCs
- Ability to diagnose complex hardware failures
- Experience installing and configuring Windows
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Bonus Qualifications

- Linux experience
- Apple certifications
- Micro-soldering experience
