Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Join Our Mission at Great Strides ABA: Our program is expanding, and we're looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 16-year-old client for approximately 20 hours per week.

Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (2-6pm) & Thurs. (11-4pm)
What You'll Do:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
What You'll Need:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: RBT Certification
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
