Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from appointments, activities, and within the day habilitation center.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene needs, restroom assistance, and mobility as required.
- Monitor and report any health concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professionals.
- Follow specialized diets, assist with meal preparation, and ensure meal supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Ensure the overall care, health, and safety of individuals under your supervision.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Experience safely transporting passengers, including those with mobility limitations.

Strong knowledge of local roads and ability to navigate efficiently.

Ability to assist passengers in and out of vehicles safely, including use of mobility aids.

Excellent communication, customer service, and professional interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow safety protocols, document trips accurately
