What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to our high-quality standards, bringing creative dishes to life with both casual and upscale American flair
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection and presented in a way that delights our guests
- Work hand-in-hand with our team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development, contributing to the heart of our offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen space, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help monitor inventory and manage supplies to keep everything running seamlessly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- A true passion for cooking with a strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality and presentation
- Excellent knife skills and an eye for detail in every dish
- Experience or interest in menu planning and recipe development
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
