Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ environments remain comfortable, efficient, and safe. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical system issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of HVAC equipment including boilers, air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct field service visits to residential or commercial properties to perform appliance repairs, property maintenance tasks, or system tune-ups.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommended solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in diagnosing problems and generating solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and related mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge spanning plumbing systems, appliance repair, welding techniques, and equipment repair.
- Hands-on experience with field service operations involving troubleshooting complex systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and the ability to perform routine inspections on HVAC/R equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> driver vehicles preferred.
- Additional skills in welding, boiler operation, ammonia refrigeration systems management, or HVAC/R certifications are highly desirable.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
