Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Award Technical Engagement
- Lead technical reviews with customers during the quoting phase to ensure alignment of requirements and feasibility.
- Support the sales team in cost estimation, schedule planning, and execution strategy.
- Evaluate project risks and define the scope for installation and commissioning.
- Project Delivery Oversight
- Assume overall responsibility for project execution from award to final acceptance.
- Manage the entire installation and commissioning lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site personnel.
- Site Management
- Supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Procurement & Logistics
- Lead procurement of tools, materials, and equipment required for projects.
- Coordinate logistics for on-time delivery of goods to the site, domestic and international.
- Control costs and optimize resources through efficient procurement.
- Contractor & Outsourcing Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage outsourced contractors for installation and commissioning.
- Define contractor scopes, deliverables, and performance criteria.
- Ensure that subcontractor execution quality meets company standards.
- Service & Aftermarket Support
- Establish and manage post-installation service, warranty, and maintenance programs.
- Build a responsive local service team to support customer operations.
- Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management within automation or industrial integration sectors.
- Proven experience leading technical discussions with customers.
- Familiar with installation, commissioning, and site safety processes.
- Capable of managing contractors and suppliers effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across North America.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
