We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. Should have experience in the produce industry, especially wholesale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell products or services effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
