Our Guest Service Team is responsible for greeting and registering (checking in and out) the guest.
Providing outstanding guest service throughout their stay, keeping the front desk, lobby and office areas clean.
They will answer guest questions, they handle incoming calls make reservations, collect payments and post in the system.
Excellent communication skills, professional appearance/demeanor, multitasking ability and team player attitude are a must.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional service.
Previous Hilton experience is preferred and will be given high consideration.
PEP Property Management System experience is preferred and will be given high consideration.
Previous hotel front desk agent experience is a must.
Need to work a flexible schedule including weekday/nights, weekends and holidays.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
- Schedule flexibility based on business demand
- Frequently standing up behind the desk and front office areas
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Handling objects, products and computer equipment
- Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.
Other:
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees.
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
- Basic math skills are used frequently.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities are often used.
- Required to work occasional overnight shifts.
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
