About the Role
As the Procurement Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall procurement strategy. You will oversee sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, contract negotiations, category management, and procurement operations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.
You will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, culinary teams, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement, innovation, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
The Procurement Director will also provide leadership and development to procurement team members while building a high-performing procurement organization capable of supporting future business growth.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement and category management strategies
Establish strategic supplier partnerships that deliver innovation, value, sustainability, and service excellence
Create and implement an annual strategic sourcing plan inclusive of annual savings targets and specific initiatives and projects to achieve stated targets
Lead sourcing and procurement strategies across contracted service categories to optimize cost, quality, service delivery, and supplier performance
Conduct comprehensive market intelligence reviews and category assessments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Negotiate complex supplier agreements and commercial contracts
Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement programs
Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize product selection, supplier performance, and procurement outcomes
Partner with operations teams to balance business needs, compliance requirements, and financial objectives
Lead implementation of procurement programs, supplier transitions, and change management initiatives
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, and procurement reporting
Coordinate with ISS category mangers (North America and Global) to insure strategic sourcing plans are aligned with corporate category management
Develop and implement a account Preferred Supplier List in cooperation with ISS Category Management
Mentor, coach, and develop procurement professionals to build organizational capability
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on procurement strategy and market trends
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of Procurement and Category Management experience
- 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Negotiation experience
- Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Services, Hospitality, or Food Service industry experience
- Leadership experience managing procurement teams and supplier relationships
- Advanced analytical and financial acumen
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and spend management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business results
Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing commodity tracking and benchmarking tools such as Urner Barry
- Experience leading procurement transformation and supplier innovation initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $150000.00 per year - $185000.00 per year Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
