Job Summary
Plant Maintenance Services, LLC, is an industrial cleaning company located in HIGHLAND, IL. We provide HYDROBLASTING, CHEMICAL CLEANING, and VACUUM SERVICES to power plants, gas plants, chemical plants, refineries, steel mills and other construction sites at locations across the Midwest. We are currently hiring quality personnel for OPERATOR, and LABORER positions. Benefits include paid vacation, retirement fund, and medical, vision, & dental insurance.

Duties
- Respond promptly to scheduled daily work and emergency calls for industrial service cleaning projects, ensuring quick mobilization and effective action.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely to perform tasks including vac work, pump work, chemical cleaning, and high pressure water work.
- Implement safety protocols including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection to safeguard yourself and team members during all operations.
- Maintain a clean work environment by following proper cleaning procedures post-job completion and ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
Requirements
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning is highly preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of emergency response readiness is advantageous.
- Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and safely, including adherence to traffic laws and safety standards.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for our projects.
- Commitment to safety protocol adherence, including the correct use of PPE, respiratory protection, and other safety measures at all times.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency response coverage outside regular working hours as needed.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, or standing for extended periods.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
