Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Supply Chain Systems Specialist to support daily warehouse operations by managing logistics systems, monitoring inventory movement, and improving operational efficiency. This position serves as the connection between warehouse operations, technology, and process improvement, ensuring inventory accuracy, system reliability, and uninterrupted material flow.
The successful candidate will monitor warehouse performance in real time, troubleshoot operational and system-related issues, analyze key performance metrics, and develop solutions that improve productivity and support business objectives. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with operations, engineering, and information technology teams.

Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse system activity to ensure efficient inventory movement and material flow.
- Monitor warehouse operations using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions before they affect production or customer deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory and operational data to support reporting and business decisions.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, and process maps.
- Train warehouse personnel on system functionality, operational processes, and best practices.
- Analyze operational KPIs and recommend improvements that increase productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, engineering, and external vendors during system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead projects focused on warehouse optimization, process automation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Experience supporting ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

Pay: $69,400.00 - $84,600.00 per year
