As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to support customer acquisition efforts in both English and Spanish and contribute to our ongoing success.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will act as a brand representative for AT&T, helping customers discover the best solutions for their communication needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and sales orders throughout the account management process, ensuring information is accurate and services are activated efficiently.
- Utilize proven sales and account management techniques to generate leads, maintain customer engagement, and achieve performance goals.
- Connect with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions to promote services and expand the customer base.
- Track and follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and provide timely support throughout the sales process.
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior Entry Level Account Manager experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
