Our ideal applicant lives in Mount Vernon or the surrounding area. This role will be located in Mount Vernon with the expectation of travel to Herrin for new hire training. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous clinical experience is essential.
- Service Attitude: A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering orders and managing patient records within EPIC.
- Answering and returning phone calls promptly.
- Conducting patient work-ups and ensuring efficient clinic flow.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in and experience with EPIC preferred.
