- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and resolve construction issues.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Manage and document project-related reports and records efficiently.
- Support the team to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
