Summary/Objective:
Experienced manager and who can lead a crew through complex pipeline integrity projects.
Responsibilities:
May include, but are not limited to, the following
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex pigging, tracking, and operational challenges
- Strong understanding of field logistics, equipment utilization, and crew scheduling
- Ability to serve as primary point of contact for field execution and job coordination
- Proven ability to mentor supervisors and develop technical and leadership skills within the team
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of pipeline integrity or related midstream operations experience with supervisory responsibility
- Demonstrated success managing crews and concurrent field operations
- Experience ensuring accurate, complete, and auditable field documentation across multiple crews
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage field-level customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license (required).
Preferred Qualification:
Field operating certifications (E.g., forklift), OSHA Basic (nice to have)
