We are seeking a friendly, dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! Looking to fill a part-time, flexible position, with the possibility to changing to full-time in the future.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones, taking payments, and assisting walk-in clients
- Answer customer questions regarding policies, billing, coverage, payments, and policy changes.
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and assisting with clerical duties.
- Assist with new business applications and follow up on outstanding information or documentation
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products or refer customers to agents.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
