Job Description
Preferred Qualities:

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering,
engineering, construction, project management, or related field
- Considerable experience in development or municipal engineering and design
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Possession of valid North Carolina driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) Certification
