Welcome to Choices, Chances, Changes! We are a mental/substance abuse outpatient treatment facility. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe, non-judgmental forum in order to reduce resistance where cognitive behavioral interventions, reviews, and appropriate behaviors can be implemented; to raise a coordinated community response toward prevention of relapse and/or recidivism; and to nurture solutions encompassed within the constructs of Choices, Chances, Changes programs.
We offer comprehensive services through our clinical team. We provide ongoing learning opportunities, as well as options to progress within the field in various interest areas.
Choices, Chances, Changes is hiring a Secretary/Clerk/Personal Assistant to join our rapidly growing team.
Qualifications
- Must be male to observe same-sex urinalyses
- High School Diploma
- Skilled Typing Skill and Preferred Typing Speed of 60+ words per minute
- Quality Customer Service Experience
- Works well Individually and as a Team Member
- Translation - Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Client Intakes
- Scheduling
- Drug/Alcohol Screening
- Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm with flexibility on days and hours
- Type comprehensive therapeutic assessments and treatment planning with proper documentation
- Contribute and Learn in weekly Clinical Consultation Groups with other staff in your office
- Attend exciting weekly Company-Wide Announcement Meetings
Compensation
- Hourly position ($15-19/hr)
