Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience, certification, and performance)
Part Time (20-30 hrs/week)
Child Champions ABA Services LLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs while implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. This role is essential in helping our clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct ABA therapy in clinic
- Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies
- Maintain client safety and professionalism at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers
- Attend required supervision sessions and ongoing training
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience working with children (ABA, autism, or special needs preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical direction
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Coursework or degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish/English a plus)
- CPR/First Aid certification
