Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Respond promptly to brokerage-supported and personal-source opportunities, using HubSpot CRM and training-provided protocols to move prospects toward appointments, representation agreements, and closed transactions.
- Pipeline Development: Combine direct lead opportunities with your sphere, referral activity, community relationships, and listing marketing to build a reliable multi-source pipeline.
- Client Representation: Serve buyers and sellers with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication throughout the transaction process.
- Training & Implementation: Attend weekly live coaching sessions, apply new lead-conversion tactics quickly, and track activity so coaching can translate into measurable production growth.
