- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to customers' locations in the Dallas, TX area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel (1 to 2 nights once a month and potentially up to 1 week on a volunteer basis)
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
- Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
- Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
- Technical Degree or Certificate
- Military PMEL Training
- Metrology experience
- Experience with IndySoft
