Elevate Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, motivated clinicians to join our growing behavioral health team. We are currently hiring Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCI), Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns (RCSWI), and Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Interns (RMFTI) in the State of Florida.
We also welcome applications from recent graduates who are eligible to obtain Registered Intern status and are actively seeking a Qualified Supervisor (MHC) to begin their post-master's clinical experience.

Responsibilities include:
- provide psychotherapy services to adults through telehealth.
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to support integrated treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato®, and other psychiatric treatment modalities when appropriate.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications expected:
- Registered Intern in Florida (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI), or eligible to obtain Registered Intern status.
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in continued learning and professional growth. Leadership aspirations are encouraged but not required.
