Housekeeping Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both housekeeping and laundry operations.
What Youll Do

Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, including inspections, assignments, and workflow

Actively support the team by cleaning rooms and assisting in laundry as needed

Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and linens exceed brand standards

Ensure all guest rooms are clean, guest-ready, and available accurately and on time

Recruit, train, and develop a strong housekeeping and laundry team

Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations

Manage labor scheduling based on occupancy and business demand

Take ownership of Cost Per Occupied Room (CPOR), including labor and all related departmental expenses
What Were Looking For

Hotel housekeeping experience with laundry experience required (leadership experience preferred)

A leader who is hands-on, accountable, and consistent

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

Ability to motivate a team while holding them accountable

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and support the operation as needed
