Mint Clean is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. In this role, you’ll help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our clients. What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Sanitize surfaces using proper cleaning methods and products
- Follow established cleaning systems and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
- Represent Mint Clean professionally when interacting with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
