As a House Manager, this position is primarily responsible for providing staff supervision and leadership and ensuring quality of care for all participants. The House Manager is also responsible for coordinating services and support via a person-centered plan that addresses complex behaviors, medical needs and crisis issues. In addition, this position is tasked with enforcing a multitude of state regulations and City policy and procedure.

Specific Duties
Implement policies and procedures regarding the operation of various residential services to include, but not limited to, Supportive Living, In-Home Supports, Independent Living Supports and Group Home supports
Responsible for the case coordination of 10-12 residential participants that are primarily diagnosed with an intellectual disability and may have co-occurring disorders, complex medical issues, and behavioral needs.
Ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with State Licensure, Medicaid Waiver, HCBS and CARF Requirements
Ensure that required documentation for Medicaid reimbursement is completed according to procedures. This includes a regular review of all program documentation
Ensure that all individual service plans are developed in accordance with assessed needs and strengths and fulfilled within the appropriate time frames
Offer supervision and leadership to a team of up to 16 Behavior Specialist and Direct Support Professionals to include the completion of monthly one-on-one supervision, annual evaluations, monthly team meetings, and providing support, training, and guidance to assist them in being successful
Create a staffing schedule that adheres to the participant’s General Schedule of Supports (GSS) as per their Person-Centered-Plan and takes into account the program’s budgetary needs
Provide staff with information and opportunities to attend staff development activities and training events that will increase their professional knowledge and development
Ensuring all staff are in compliance with mandated trainings
Serve as an after-hours standby supervisor on a rotating basis

$1,000 will be awarded in the first paycheck.
$1,250 will be awarded upon completion of the six (6) month interim performance evaluation with an overall rating of “Meets Expectations”.
$1,750 will be awarded upon completion of the employee’s one (1) year probationary period and a performance evaluation with an overall rating of “Meets Expectations”.
