Customer Service Representative
Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) - Full Time
Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service

Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email

Set up returns and exchanges

Cancellations and order modifications

Ensure order accuracy

Verify part numbers and fitment
-
Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders

Provide technical support

Respond to customers in timely manor

Other duties as assigned
Availability

Must be onsite
-
40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Positive attitude and customer service mindset

Automotive knowledge preferred

Basic Computer Skill knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Exhibit strong communication skills

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
