Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function—supporting them in reaching their highest level of independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment
Qualifications
- Current PTA license/certification (required)
- Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
