Cargo Support Specialist—26' Box Truck
Heartland Freight is hiring!
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Cargo Support Specialist to join our delivery team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our drivers to safely handle, move, and deliver freight from a 26-foot box truck while providing professional customer service.
Pay
$900 a week, overtime opportunities are available
What You’ll Do
- Assist with loading and unloading freight from a 26’ box truck
- Safely move and position appliances, equipment, and other large items
- Assist drivers with deliveries at customer locations
- Handle products carefully and professionally
- Work as part of a team to complete deliveries efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop
- Follow all safety and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- No call-offs within the first 45 days
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting/moving freight
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Delivery, moving, warehouse, or freight experience is a plus
Requirements
Candidates must successfully pass all required pre-employment screening, including:
- Background check
- Drug test
- Valid driver’s license/ or I.D.
- Any applicable company-required screening
Important: Pay is $900.00 per week. Overtime may be available; employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required background, drug, and pre-employment screenings. Pay and scheduling may vary based on experience, qualifications, and operational needs.
