Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Appointment Setting.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Overcoming Objections.
- Must be able to work a rotation of every other Saturday : one week 9 - 5 and Saturday 9 - 2. The following week 9 - 6 and off that Saturday
- Must be able to schedule 3 - 4 Appointments a Day to Retain the Position
- Somebody that knows how to call and schedule Internet Leads, Canvass Leads, Show Leads, Previous Customer's and Rehash Leads
- Somebody that knows how to follow Calling Scripts and that can be communicated by memory in a period of time and know how to overcome timing and affordability Objections
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be computer literate and able to use the company’s online tools.
- Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality as part of our company culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
