Please read the entire job description. We are looking for an Independent Contract Cleaner to join our team and help keep our Airbnb's in a clean and orderly condition. Great position for someone who is looking to expand their clientele. The candidate would be assigned to 1-3 properties and be responsible for every turnover clean between the hours of 11am-3pm. Cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, and laundering sheets. They will also be expected to maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail. Weekends and daily availability is required.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the facility.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of the facility.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Clean up spills and debris in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Change and launder sheets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a hospitality or vacation rental setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and property managers in a professional and friendly manner
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (will not work on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) as required
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
