Join our team at Jersey Mike’s! We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Baker/Prep Team Member to help open the store and prepare fresh ingredients each morning. This is a back-of-house role only — no customer interaction required.
Position Details:
- Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (strictly morning/opening shift)
- Responsibilities:
- Bake fresh bread to company standards
- Prep vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for the day
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Ensure store is fully stocked and ready to open
Requirements:
- Previous baking or food prep experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and consistently
- Must be punctual and dependable
