What You’ll Do
- Clean client homes to Magic Castle standards using our checklists (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces, and general tidying).
- Follow notes for each home so client preferences are handled the same way every visit.
- Show up on time, ready to work, and finish cleans within the expected time window.
- Communicate clearly with the office, and use our booking app to log when you’re on the way, on‑site, and finished.
- Flag issues early (access problems, extra mess, pets, anything unusual) so we can handle it.
- Treat every home and client with respect and care.
What We Offer
Real Earnings, Not Empty Promises
- You’re paid a percentage of each job, typically averaging $21.50–$30.50 per hour of active cleaning once you’re up to speed.
- Tips from clients are 100% yours.
- As your speed, reliability, and client ratings improve, your effective hourly rate does too.
Predictable, Daytime Work
- Most work takes place throughout Salt Lake County, Monday–Friday during the day.
- Recurring weekly/biweekly/monthly basic home cleanings, deep cleans, occasional move-in/out cleans and carpet cleans.
You Clean, We Handle the Rest
- We deal with booking, pricing, payments, and client issues so you can focus on the work.
- The office team backs you up on schedule changes and difficult situations — you’re not on your own.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional house cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance – you’ll be driving to client homes.
- Comfortable working in different homes, sometimes with pets present.
- Strong attention to detail – you notice the things other people miss.
- Reliable and straightforward – if you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
- Your own supplies; vacuum, mop, basics (carpet cleaning machine not required).
- Smartphone with data for schedules, navigation, and basic app use.
- General liability insurance policy (or willing to secure it).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (must be age 18+)
Schedule & Location
- Typical hours: Weekdays, Daytime (optional Evenings/Saturdays if you want more hours).
- Service area: Salt Lake County and occasionally nearby surrounding areas.
- Start and end days from your home, driving directly to clients.
Compensation
- Paid as a share of each job completed (currently ~43% of job revenue).
- Paid out weekly.
- Typical earnings range: $21.50–$30.50 per hour of active cleaning.
- Tips from clients are passed onto you.
