Job Summary
The primary responsibilities and duties of a New Home Specialist include assisting customers in selecting an appropriate home site, house plan, and various options for their new residence. This role also involves attending weekly sales meetings to stay informed about the latest developments in the industry. Additionally, the job requires performing price calculations and discussing costs related to altering floor plans with customers. Providing guidance to buyers in choosing their new home options is another critical aspect of this position. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists customers with the selection of home site, house plan, and new home options
- Participates in weekly sales meetings
- Calculate and discuss pricing for floor plans changes
- Guide buyer in selecting their new home options
- Provide an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend hours
- Successful sales experience
- Prior home sales experience is preferred
- Licensed real estate agent preferred but not required
