Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labour – Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations in a high-volume, technology-driven distribution environment.
This role is essential in ensuring the accurate movement, handling, and storage of inventory while supporting order fulfillment, replenishment, and overall operational flow. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and accountability are critical.
Key Responsibilities – How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of inventory
- Support accurate put-away and replenishment of inventory within designated warehouse locations
- Assist with order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate customer shipments
- Operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jack, carts, scanners, and other warehouse tools as required)
- Maintain accurate inventory handling by following system-directed instructions (WMS/ERP/scanning systems)
- Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Ensure all products are handled safely and in compliance with company quality standards
- Support loading and unloading of trailers and inbound/outbound freight
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate issues, discrepancies, or equipment concerns to supervisors in real time
- Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments to meet daily operational targets
- Support automation-assisted workflows, including scanning, conveyor systems, and picking technology where applicable
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labour experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical work including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WMS, scanning systems, or RF devices
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained
- Experience in automated or technology-enabled warehouse environments
- Prior exposure to e-commerce, 3PL, or distribution center operations

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
