Open Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $1.00 added shift differential
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, $0.50 added shift differential

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
