This is a W-2 position with paid training, consistent work, and a clear system. We are not a gig app and we do not throw you into homes without support.

What You’ll Do:
- Clean residential homes using our proven speed cleaning system
- Follow a clear checklist and order of operations
- Work daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Deliver consistent quality and professionalism
Training:
- Paid 5-day training program
- Training happens on real homes with support
- Solo test cleans before working independently
- No experience required — we train the system
Pay & Schedule:
- W-2 employee
- Paid training
- Performance-based pay (not hourly sitting around)
- Daytime hours only
- No nights, no weekends
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet and move at a steady pace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass background check
