Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to transition to Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Therapist to provide mental health services to adolescent boys in a residential placement setting.
This is an opportunity to work directly with youth, provide meaningful support, and be part of a team focused on their emotional and behavioral well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy.
- Support adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
- Develop and follow treatment goals based on client needs.
- Complete required clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the care team to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Licensed or provisionally licensed therapist in Texas.
- Experience or interest in working with adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach.
Schedule: Part-Time initially, with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time.
