Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.

Lead and develop project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.

Oversee subcontractor selection, contract management, performance, and project execution.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Drive project buyout activities and oversee all phases of project planning and execution.

Regularly report project performance and financial status to executive leadership.

Act as a mentor and leader within the business, helping develop future construction professionals.

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic project and operational initiatives across the region.
