We are looking for experienced facilities maintenance technicians. We specialize in restaurant facilities repairs and maintenance. Ideally experience would include carpentry, tile and flooring, drywall and taping, drop ceilings, FRP, commercial doors and door hardware, painting, etc.
We cover all of New England, but most of our work is in RI and MA. The majority of the work is after hours when the restaurants are closed. We pay a shift premium of $4.50/hour for after hours work. Occasional travel jobs are also required. Typically travel jobs are one to two nights and staying in hotel in between. We are also 24/7 emergency service so occasionally we have to work on weekends, overtime, and short notice.
We start each shift at our shop in Warren RI and return to our shop at the end of each shift at our shop. We have fully stocked service vans, but personal tools are required (i.e. cordless screw gun and drill, hand tools, etc.)
Pay rate is base on skill level and experience with starting pay rate of $25.00/hour and $4.50/hour shift premium for after hours work. Approximately 75% of our work is after hours work.
